GIGS

GIGS – FREE core strength training for runners, led by an England Athletics qualified Coach in running fitness.
There are modifications for every exercise making the classes suitable for all abilities. The exercises are a mixture of cardio, balance, resistance and weight training using your own body weight or dumbbells/kettlebells. No weights at home? No problem grab some tins of beans or empty plastic bottles filled with water, stones or sand. No resistance bands? Some very thick denier tights or lycra make a good alternative.
Classes are currently held on line:
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6.30am
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6.30pm.
When restrictions are lifted we hope to return to our venue @ Castle Hill School, Chessington 6pm Wednesday.
